- Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days.
- Personalised or customised products usually require 7-15 business days for production before dispatch.
- Large wedding or bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the order quantity.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free on all orders within India.
- No shipping charge is added at checkout.
Free shipping applies to every order, whatever the order value.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2-5 business days
- Other locations: 3-7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. WedYug LuxeCrafts will not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
