Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WedYug LuxeCrafts, every handcrafted product is prepared with care. Many of our products are customised specifically for each customer.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
• Once production or personalisation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Customised Products

Due to the personalised nature of customised products, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and the order number.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Bulk & Wedding Orders

Bulk and wedding orders are specially produced and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
